ABOUT

ABOUT

BOMBO is a LATAM clubbing mobile app focused on event discovery and NFTicket purchasing for electronic music communities.

As the product evolved, the existing interface no longer reflected the immersive nature of the clubbing experiences or the brand’s visual identity.

DESIGNING FOR

NIGHTLIFE

To create a more immersive and premium experience inspired by nightlife environments and the clubbing culture, the redesign introduced a distinct visual direction focused on identity, depth and atmosphere.

    • A purple-tinted palette was a deliberate choice over generic dark greys — color as identity, not decoration

    • Glassmorphism, layered surfaces and subtle glow effects helped create a deeper and more atmospheric visual experience

BUILDING A
SCALABLE FOUNDATION

BUILDING A
SCALABLE FOUNDATION

Before designing screens, we rebuilt the foundation.

A full audit revealed broken components, inconsistent styles and line heights defined in percentages — not viable to patch. Starting from scratch was faster and more sustainable.

We built reusable components with defined anatomy, states and variables. Design tokens standardized color, spacing and typography across the product, reducing friction for both design and engineering.

The system covered both iOS and Android, designed to serve product, engineering and marketing teams from a single source of truth.
